MATTERS.

Information you provide. If you contact us about a court, event, training space or recurring rental, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, sport, group size and whatever details you include in your message. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive personal information by email or in an inquiry.

Website and security data. When you visit the site, our hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser, device information, pages requested and the time of a request. Cookies may be used for basic site operation, security or a feature you choose to use.

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss availability and rental arrangements, manage bookings and customer service, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. We use information for the purposes explained when it is collected or otherwise with appropriate consent or legal authority.

We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, business records and applicable legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.

CatchCorner. Some “Book” and “Check availability” buttons take you to CatchCorner. Information you enter there is collected and handled by CatchCorner under its own terms and privacy policy. Review those terms before completing a reservation.

Google Maps. A map or directions link on our contact page may connect you to Google. Google may receive information about your visit or use of the map under its own privacy policy.

Website operations. Hosting, email, website administration and security providers may process information for us to keep the site running and respond to you. Information may be processed or stored outside Ontario or Canada, depending on a provider’s systems, and may be subject to the laws of that location.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety, rights and security of Jungle Courts and others.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to withdraw consent for a use that depends on consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email us using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may affect some site functions. If you are asking about a child’s booking or event, a parent or guardian should contact us.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure; please avoid sharing sensitive details through an ordinary contact message.
